Help with drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues in Cornwall.

The Samaritans

If you’re a veteran, serving member of the Armed Forces or a family member and need someone to talk to, we listen and won’t judge or tell you what to do. Call us free, any time, on 0808 175 3075.

Combat Stress

We provide clinical treatment and support for veterans from the British Armed Forces, focusing on those with complex mental health issues resulting from their experiences during military service.

Shout

Shout is the UK's first and only free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging service for anyone who is struggling to cope. To start a conversation, text the word ‘Shout’ to 85258.

Harbour

Since the 1980s, Harbour has been known for its innovative and collaborative approach in dealing with drug and alcohol issues in the community. We work with other local agencies to provide drug and alochol support to anyone in the South West who needs us.

Forcesline

Forcesline is a free and confidential telephone helpline and email service that provides emotional support and a listening ear to those in the Armed Forces community who are feeling lonely, isolated or are struggling to cope with everyday life.
