Defence Medical Welfare Service

Supporting serving personnel and reservists of all 3 services, their dependent relatives and other entitled civilians when they need help during times of ill health.

Smart Savings

We improve the lives of adults, young people, and children with holistic, flexible, and unique programmes of support that build confidence, improve motivation and provide opportunities to learn new skills.

Respect

We provide help for domestic violence perpetrators or help for domestic abuse victims both female and male.

Togetherall

If you’re feeling lonely, stressed, worried or just not yourself, on Togetherall you can get support and start to feel better.

Plymouth Food Bank

We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

Help For Heroes

When military service affects a partner, parent or carer, it can also impact those around them. That’s why our family case managers provide tailored support to help family members navigate their own path to recovery.

Combat Stress

We understand how important it is to include loved ones in a veteran's road to recovery

Veterans Gateway

First point of contact for all Tri-service veterans and their families. Covers welfare areas, housing, employment, finances, living independently, mental wellbeing, families and communities and physical health.
