Since 2009, British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS), a Community Interest Company, has been dedicated to supporting members of the Armed Forces Community (AFC) as they plan for their future careers. Through tailored guidance, events, and employer connections, BFRS helps service leavers, veterans, reservists, and family members make informed decisions about their next steps.
Beyond career transition support, BFRS events also play an important role in strengthening retention within the Armed Forces by encouraging personal and professional development opportunities.
