As the year progresses, we will continue our Landrake Veterans’ sessions. However, as part of our FAMILIES FIRST project, we’re opening up new sessions, allowing even more Veterans and their families to come see us and the exciting activities we have planned.
The first new session to be confirmed is at Torpoint Library Hub. These will take place from 1000 to 1200 on the third Thursday of each month. With such a large veteran population, Torpoint is a town crying out for more Veteran and Armed Forces activity. With that in mind, we hope to make these sessions inviting, engaging and informative. Activities will likely range from model-making , quizzes, to guest speakers from relevant organisations.
